Shower wall backer board tips…I do five things before adding my KERDI-BOARD. I ensure the studs are plumb, even with each other, and there’s blocking in corners. I also add steel plates to protect electrical and plumbing. Side note, yes, I added a plate that was missing on the plumbing wall.
