Exploding Trees & Airplane Screams The title of the album comes from two of its songs. Exploding Trees tells of a meteorological event that caused a natural disaster in my hometown shortly before I relocated to Athens GA in the early 90’s. It kicks off the album before working its way backwards through time as the album progresses. Airplane Screams, the penultimate song on the album, is a song I wrote over 40 years ago that I have long been wanting to put on a record. I think I was just awaiting
