We used the @wusthof Classic 9-Piece acacia wood knife block, a wedding registry favorite. Here are the steps: 1. Thinly slice 2-3 oranges. 2. Add orange slices to a simmering mix of 3 cups water and 3 cups sugar. Simmer very gently for 1 hour. 3. Cool to a wire rack for 24 hours. The slices will be flexible and chewy like candy.
